All services are subject to eligibility requirements, approval processes, and applicable regulations. We act as an intermediary and do not directly lend money or underwrite insurance policies.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Financial Advice Disclaimer
While we provide professional financial guidance based on our expertise, all investment decisions carry inherent risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investment values may fluctuate, and you may lose money. You should consult with independent legal, tax, and financial advisors before making major financial decisions. Our advisors provide recommendations but final decisions rest with you.
5. Fees and Payments
Service fees are clearly disclosed before you commit to any service. Payment terms vary by service type. Subscription plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Loan and insurance services may involve origination fees, broker fees, or commission-based compensation from partner institutions. Late payments may incur additional fees and affect your credit standing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Bright Credit Wave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment value. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 12 months. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bright Credit Wave, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, applicable laws, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in USA.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in USA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
